Rules and Regulations

To become eligible to win, visit http://bountyhunt.usemybank.com/2007 to enter the random draw contest. Entrants will be asked to provide their name, email address, telephone number, city, address and postal code and answer additional informational questions. In the event of a dispute regarding submission of an online entry, the entry will be deemed submitted by the authorized holder of the e-mail account. The authorized account holder is the individual who is assigned to the e-mail address by an Internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the e-mail address.
ELIGIBILITY
UseMyBank RANDOM DRAW CONTEST is open to all legal residents of Canada excluding Quebec and all legal residents of the United Kingdom. The sweepstakes commences on or around October 2nd 2007. The sweepstakes closes at 11:59:59 PM ET (Eastern Time) on November 13th 2007 (the “Sweepstakes Closing Date”).
Officers, directors, representatives and employees of the Sponsor, its parent, affiliates, or subsidiaries, their advertising, promotional, publicity, production or judging agencies, the Sweepstakes Administrator and all those living in the same household as the above individuals, are not eligible to enter.
One entry per online submission per unique email address.
Use of any automated system (e.g., robots, automatic, macro, programmed or like entry methods) or submission of multiple entries is prohibited. Any attempt by any entrant to use an automated system or to obtain more than one (1) entry by using multiple/different email addresses, identities or any other methods, will void all of that entrant's entries, and render that person ineligible to receive any of the prizes. Entry materials/data that have been tampered with or altered are void.
All potential winners are subject to verification by Sponsor, whose decisions are final. Sponsor shall solely determine any form of verification. An entrant is not a winner of any prize unless and until entrant's eligibility and the potential winning (pin/code/etc) entry has been verified and entrant has been notified that verification is complete. Sponsor will not accept screen shots, affidavits or other evidence of winning in lieu of its validation process. Any entry that occurs after the system has failed for any reason may be deemed a defective entry and void.
Neither Sponsor nor Administrator is not responsible for (1) any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by entrants, printing errors or by any of the equipment, hardware, software or programming associated or used with the game; (2) any unavailability of or interruptions to any service or equipment used in connection with the game; (3) interruptions to any network, server, internet website, telephone, satellite, computer or other connections; (4) failures of any telephone, satellite, hardware, software or other equipment; (5) garbled, misdirected or jumbled transmissions, or traffic congestion; (6) digital or electronic disruptions, e.g., viruses other security breaches; (7) unauthorized human intervention, such as hacking, disassembling computer programs, use of any automated system (e.g., robots, automatic, macro, programmed or like entry methods); (8) other errors of any kind, whether human, technical, mechanical or electronic; or (9) the incorrect or inaccurate capture of entry or other information or the failure to capture any such information.
Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion, to modify, cancel, terminate, and/or suspend the promotion and to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, violates these official rules, or acts in a disruptive or unsportsmanlike manner. Without limiting the foregoing, Sponsor may lock out an entrant who, in Sponsor's sole judgment, has been disqualified, has questionable eligibility or is otherwise ineligible to enter. Caution: a person who attempts deliberately to undermine the legitimate operation of this promotion or to alter or damage a website may be subject to civil and/or criminal penalties and fines; and Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Sponsor may modify, cancel, terminate, and/or suspend the promotion if, in the Sponsor's sole opinion, an incident of any kind occurs to corrupt or impair the administration, security, integrity, fairness or play (as intended) of the promotion, including without limitation: (a) viruses, bugs, unauthorized human intervention, fraud or technical failure; or (b) earthquake, flood, fire, storm or other natural disaster, act of god; or (c) labor controversy or threat thereof, civil disturbance or commotion, disruption of the public markets, war or armed conflict (whether or not officially declared).

Odds of winning prize will be determined by the total number of entrants. In order to claim the prize and be declared a winner the selected entrant will be required to:
Correctly answer, without assistance of any kind, the mathematical skill-testing question to be administered by email or telephone at a pre-arranged mutually convenient time.
Complete and sign a declaration and release statement, in order to; confirm compliance with the rules and regulations, accept the prize as awarded, without substitution, release the Sponsor and its affiliated companies from any liability, as described more fully below.
Consent to the use of his or her name, address (city and province/state) company name, photograph, and likeness, as described more fully below.
Failure by any selected entrant to complete, sign and return any of the aforementioned documents within 14 business days after notification is sent to the address or email address on the selected entrant's entry, or the return of prize documents as undeliverable, may result in forfeiture of the prize and selection of an alternate winner in the sole discretion of the Sponsor. If a selected entrant cannot be contacted in a timely fashion, or if for any other reason the prize cannot be awarded, another sweepstakes entry will be randomly selected by draw until the prize has been awarded. Failure to correctly answer the skill-testing question will result in disqualification, the forfeiture of his or her interest in the prize, and the random selection of a substitute winner from among all remaining eligible entries.
Communication will be entered into only with selected entrants.
Limitation of Liability
The winner agrees that (except where prohibited) Sponsor may use winner's name, picture, portrait, likeness and voice for advertising and promotional purposes without further compensation. Sponsor, its promotional and advertising agencies, and all respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents shall have no liability and shall be held harmless by winners for any damage, loss or liability to person or property, due in whole or part, directly or indirectly, by reason of the acceptance, possession, use or misuse or prize or participation in this Sweepstakes, or any prizes awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by arbitration. Any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Sweepstakes, but in no event attorney's fees. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion to cancel or suspend part or all of this Sweepstakes should virus, bugs, non-authorized human intervention or other causes beyond the control of sponsor corrupt or impair the administration security, fairness or proper play of the Sweepstakes. In such event, Sponsor may award prizes in a random drawing from all eligible entries received up to the date of cancellation or suspension. Sponsor and its promotion and advertising agencies are not responsible for technical, hardware, software or telephone failures of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, fraud, incomplete, garbled or delayed computer transmission, whether caused by the sponsor, users or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the promotion of by any technical or human error which may occur in the processing of submissions which may damage a user's system or limit a participant's ability to participate in the promotion. Sponsor may prohibit an entrant from participating in the Sweepstakes or winning a prize, if, in its sole discretion, it determines that said entrant is attempting to undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes by cheating, hacking, deception, or other unfair playing practices (including the use of automated quick entry programs) or intending to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other entrants or Sponsor representatives. Offer void where prohibited and subject to federal, provincial and local laws.
CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT TO DELIBERATLEY DAMAGE THE WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES MAY BE IN VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK REMEDIES AND DAMAGES (INCLUDING ATTORNEY'S FEES) FROM ANY SUCH ENTRANT TO THE FULLES EXTENT OF THE LAW, INCLUDING CRIMINAL PROSECUTION.
